Here we go 2016 - Rd 1 Whilton

Feels like we've been away forever! So here we go, our first season in Junior Max, expecting it to be physically much tougher. Riley may be tall but hes only 13 and some of these other guys look like men (they can be 17 years old). 

Thanks to Daryl Fully Litt Burgess for a great weekend at Whilton, our first in Junior Max.

The new sticker kit was great with the team looking super smart. Good grid to start the year with some S1 boys to really test us. Unfortunately we havent been able to do any winter testing so we were really pleased to see Riley was on it all weekend and showing great pace.

Some tough calls with the conditions, but great input from Daryl and Rob. Had some drop down bumper issues on curbs and the rolling lap which took away a 1st and 3rd in the heats. But he showed fantastic speed to storm from P9 to finish 2nd in the final.
