But first some hospitality care of official TOCA in the BTCC awning. Having left Somerset in the glorious sunshine to arrive at 12 degree Silverstone it was very welcome indeed. Thank-you Craig Springfield and guys Unfortunately the sudden change in weather had caught out ex teamate Harry King in the Ginetta Juniors Qualifying and he had gone from being over a half a second up to 16th. He was typically upbeat though as his car had shown pace over the last few days and Silverstone has great opportunities for overtaking. A surprise meeting with Sam Morgan (former clio cup racer, BTCC engineer and when we are lucky enough our team Mechanic) - led to a very close inspection of the Ginetta GT4. Didnt think Riley could be prised out of it, certainly not in the H&S time of 7 seconds. Lots of grinning for the rest of the day!
